Located in NYC, Lauren Ireland (she/her) is an actor, producer, project manager, writer, director, and singer. She has many years of experience working with corporate clients as well independent film companies.

Her short film The Surrealists premiered at the 2021 Austin Film Festival . Her short screenplay, Ouroboros, was selected for the 2021 Wallachia International Film Festival. She had the pleasure of singing at the end of Netflix’s Convergence : Courage In A Time Of Crisis (2021).

Her short film, Turyn Goes To The Club was the official short film selection at the 2018 Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival, as well as the Best Experimental Short selection at New York Short Film Festival. It premiered on NoBudge in 2019. In 2018, she was also a NBC female Forward Director's Initiative finalist.

She spent the past ten years making and doing comedy at UCB, Joe's Pub, The Laurie Beechman Theater, Caveat, Sid Gold's Request Room, Littlefield, The PIT NYC, (le) poisson rouge, The Creek and the Cave, Caveat, and Dixon Place. She was a member of Pop Roulette, Rad Motel, FONDA, Gentleman Party, and toured a couple colleges with Garlic Jackson.
